Is the trial really free?
Yes! No credit card is required to start your free trial, which includes unlimited messaging, tasks, file sharing and the email and calendar integrations. Collaborate with colleages and clients with up to 10,000 video conferencing minutes with screen sharing and remote desktop control built right in. Upgrading to a paid plan is required to go beyond 10,000 video conferencing minutes and/or 5 GB of file storage per user.

How do I upgrade from the free trial?
To upgrade from the free trial, simply add a credit card in the app or contact sales for an Elite or Enterprise plan. The Elite plan is suggested for midsize to large organizations focused on greater administrative control, storage needs and technical support, while the Enterprise plan is customized for enterprises focused on integrating internal/external collaboration with unique software systems.
What features are limited during the trial?
During the free trial, you will not have access to SAML-2 Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, Compliance Monitoring and Exporting, Surveys, Project Management, DMS integrations like iManage, On Premise or Private Cloud Hosting and Custom Integrations.
What users or seats am I billed for?
You are only billed for active, internal users.
What is the difference between internal and external members?
Workstorm allows you to invite guests – such as clients or vendors – to enhance collaboration even more.
Guests, or external members, have limited access to protect company privacy and client confidentiality. Your team’s administrators can decide if guests are allowed on your Workstorm platform. To keep your communications secure, guests:
- Can only see conversations they’re invited to.
- Have limited file sharing capabilities.
- Have access to video, file sharing, and messaging, but not to calendar, email integrations, tasks, and projects.
- Receive 500 video conference minutes.
- Receive 1GB file storage.
